Abstract

Libraries are always changing. But  the changes brought by digitalization are particularly large. In order to be prepared for these challenges, lifelong learning is essential for library staff. In addition to the previous trainig program the Büchereizentrale Niedersachsen has developed a new e-learning offer. It is available 24/7 and knowledge can now be accessed when it is needed. This report gives an insight into the conception of the e-learning portal.
